Mansfield Green E-ACT Primary Academy has an online payment scheme allowing the Academy to be a ‘cashless’ site. Therefore, all payments for school meals, trips and extracurricular activities can only be paid through ParentPay. ParentPay allows parents/carers to make payments in a more convenient and flexible way.
ParentPay can be used online or you can download the ParentPay app from the Play Store on Android or the App store on Apple devices.
Making a payment is very straightforward as ParentPay holds the facility to show a payment history, which can be viewed at any later date; without any card details being stored in any part of the system. Once the account has been activated, online payments can be made immediately.
All parents/carers have a unique and secure online account, which is activated using a personal username and password. If more than one of your children is on roll at the Academy, accounts can be merged to create one login for all children. Parents/carers will receive their log in details for ParentPay when your child starts school, however if you have not received them or you have lost these details please call 0121 464 6590 and speak to a member of staff in the main school office.
